Ashland, VA. – SOI has been awarded a $6.4 Million contract to produce Large Screen Displays (SARTOC1750) for the U. S. Army’s Standardized Integrated Command Post System (SICPS) Command Post Platform (CPP) program. This contract was awarded by U.S. Army Tobyhanna Army Depot. The contract includes an option for additional Large Screen Displays. If the option is exercised the cumulative value of the contract would be $7.8 Million.

Kim Spicer, President of SOI said “This competitively awarded contract is particularly meaningful as it demonstrates that our U.S. Army customer is confident in our ability to design and manufacture high quality C2 gear at an affordable price.”

SARTOC 1750 is a rugged, portable, high resolution/high brightness projection system that sets up and strikes in minutes. The system has been designed and manufactured to U.S. Army specifications and is a derivative of SOI’s RTOC 1SD product line.
